Career progression is clear within the company with clear goals for achievement

I know there is quite a lot, off the top of my head I know that there is a large involvement with the Pasifika community/businesses.

There is a strong emphasis on building team relationships and enjoying your time in the workplace

Deloitte tries to make sure everyone feels respected and often remind us of their promise to diversity and inclusion. These include references to promotions, maternity/paternity leave, flexible working hours. We have some representation of women, ethnic minorities etc. in the higher management but they are looking to make the make-up of partners better.

As an analyst, I pretty much help out wherever I am needed and do a variety of jobs to help the client meet its needs. On a day-to-day, I help create training materials, assess the functional and tech changes on the tech platform I work on, and help train others on how to use the tech.

The managers which I have had the privilege to work with are incredibly supportive and prioritize your learning opportunities.

The offices are great - impressive facilities help to make us feel proud of who we work for. Dress codes are also mostly smart casual but it depends on your day. We like to dress for our day, so if you have a client that is more formal, then you would probably wear a suit. If you aren't client facing, then smart casual works. We also have casual Fridays.

The interview process was excellent, great communication throughout, very easy process to follow and many resources were provided to help in preparation for each stage; online interview and in-person interview.

It is good, slow start but the jumps in between are substantial

The trainings held for graduates are extensive, and helpful. They focus on relevant things we will encounter on the job.

Deloitte is very open to flexible working, there have been times where I've asked to work from home and it was approved within a moments notice. The team is very empathetic and understands that people have other commitments outside of work, which are respected and actually given support for.
